Accessibility

Accessibility is part of how we communicate—not an afterthought.

Our Commitment

The Neuro Care Bridge works to create a website that is usable by people with a wide range of abilities, disabilities, technologies, and ways of accessing information.

We are committed to making our information and resources accessible to as many people as possible.

Reasonable efforts are made to support clear navigation, readable text, meaningful link language, image descriptions where appropriate, and content that can be accessed across different devices and assistive technologies.

Ongoing Accessibility

Accessibility is an ongoing process.

As The Neuro Care Bridge grows and new resources, articles, graphics, and features are added, the website will continue to evolve. Some content or third-party tools may not yet meet every accessibility need or standard.

When barriers are identified, we will make reasonable efforts to address them.

Third-Party Content

The Neuro Care Bridge may link to or embed content from outside websites, publications, organizations, platforms, or services.

The accessibility of those external resources is controlled by their respective providers and may vary.

If You Encounter a Barrier

We recognize that asking for accessibility can be exhausting.

Sometimes it is irritating. Sometimes it is frustrating. And sometimes, after having to ask again and again for access to spaces or information that others can simply enter, it can feel humiliating.

It is never our intention to leave someone in that space of hurt.

If something on The Neuro Care Bridge is difficult or impossible for you to access, please reach out. You do not need to justify why you need something presented differently.

We will genuinely try to find another way.

That may mean providing information in another format, adjusting how something is presented, adding missing accessibility features, or simply listening when you tell us something isn’t working.

We don’t think of accessibility as accommodating a few people around the edges of a space built for everyone else.

The Neuro Care Bridge is here to serve people of all abilities, and we want the way we share information to reflect that

Need Something in a Different Format?

If you experience difficulty accessing information on this website, encounter an accessibility barrier, or would benefit from a resource being presented differently, please reach out.

We welcome feedback that helps make The Neuro Care Bridge easier to access and use.

If we can make something more accessible to you, please tell us.
